Alianza Gestão de Recursos Ltda. (“Alianza Investments”) is an independent asset manager focused mostly on real estate investments in Brazil.

It currently has R$3,7 billion in real estate assets under management (2025), allocated across commercial buildings, logistics warehouses, big-box retail properties, and real estate funds. Today, its investors include more than 180,000 individuals, real estate funds of funds, supplementary pension entities, Brazilian family offices and global institutional investors.

Since its founding, Alianza has developed and acquired, with funds from its investors, more than 745,000 square meters of real estate assets, primarily through real estate investment funds ("FIIs").

Among Alianza's distinguishing features are its agile decision-making, its expertise in internal processes and network with market players, as well as its extensive expertise in modern investment tools and transparency in information.
